The City of Winters Police-Fire Facility, housing both the Police and Fire Departments in a single Public Safety Building, is fully occupied and operational. Featuring +/-34,563 sf of building area with a +/-5,758 sf Out Building for storage on +/-2.8 acres, the Winters Police-Fire Facility is designed to accommodate the next 25-50 years of City growth. In addition to complete Fire Station and Police Department facilities, the project includes a Training Room and City Emergency Operations Center, and a Community Kitchen for the Community Events traditionally held at the Station. Calpo Hom & Dong Architects is responsible for all Programming and Design for the facility.
